1factory: Significant improvements to the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process
CAPA Discipline Responsible
(CAPA Stage Owners)
To facilitate the swift completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), 1factory enables the appointment of a stage owner for each discipline of the 8D method.
To assign a responsible person to a step, click on the desired discipline. A window will then appear in which you can specify a responsible person and set a due date for this discipline of the CAPA process.
Once you have defined the person responsible and the due date, click on "Save" to finalise this function. After saving the person responsible and the due date, a task is automatically created for the assigned person responsible and an email notification is sent.
Assignment of images to 8D disciplines
(Image Association with 8D Stage)
Users now have the ability to link images to steps in the 8D process to enhance the documentation and visual representation of each discipline.
21 CFR Part 11-compliant e-signature
(21 CFR Part 11 Complaint E-Signature Functionality)
The latest 1factory update includes the integration of 21 CFR Part 11-compliant e-signature functionality into the CAPA module. This ensures secure and legally compliant electronic signatures for better regulatory compliance.
1factory and the KeyToData team would like to take this opportunity to thank customers once again for their continuous feedback. Without the feedback, these improvements would not have been possible. Therefore, please continue to inform us of any suggestions for improvement.
