Which licensing types are available?
You can purchase KeyCreator as a workstation license or a network license. The network license pays off from the second user.
If you opt for the network licence, you can install KeyCreator on several computers. The number of users who can open the software at the same time then depends on the number of licences.

How is the software maintained and updated?
All our products include 12 months of software maintenance with purchase.
Software maintenance includes updating the purchased software, including the import interfaces and additional modules by providing software updates and bug fixes, as well as services (User support by phone and e-mail).
Software maintenance is automatically extended by 12 months if it is not cancelled up to 45 days before expiry.
Option: Manual extension of software maintenance
By agreement, the automatic extension of software maintenance can be changed to a manual extension. Under this agreement, software maintenance is not extended automatically, but you decide whether you wish to extend maintenance for a further year. The extension of the software maintenance must be reordered by you before the end of the current maintenance period. The price of software maintenance for manual renewal increases by approx. 10% for all affected products.
