All you need to know about the new version 2025.3:

  • Inventor 2026 and its new "model state" concept with a revised tree structure
  • Navisworks 2026
  • NX/Unigraphics NX 2412 series (up to 2412.7000)

Fast and smooth data exchange between companies and departments

The changes made in version 2025.3 reflect the increasing collaboration between companies and departments, which is accompanied by a growing exchange of different files.
The latest update now enables and optimises the fastest and smoothest possible data exchange of CAD files between companies and departments, also with regard to the various elements of assemblies, which may have different requirements depending on the department.

The following improvements have been made to CrossManager version 2025.3:

  • The reading of 3DXML files has been optimised to save time, especially with large assemblies.
  • CREO Parametric's geometric value tolerances (PMI) are read and adapted according to the user configurations.
  • Properties, 3D views, transparency and visibility of Revit 2026 assemblies are read.
  • Navisworks properties are applied to all data in the original file.
  • For STEP files, the material information associated with the product (names and IDs) is now also read out.

Datakit's CrossManager enables the smooth exchange of files between interdisciplinary teams

The intensification of collaboration leads to frequent data exchange between interdisciplinary teams, such as mechanics, metalworking and electronics. The latest update 2025.3 has therefore also implemented the following improvements:

  • The management of cables and cable harnesses in Inventor 2026 has been further developed and optimised.
  • Sheet metal components can now be identified in CREO Parametric using colour codes.
Further improvements have been made to take special cases into account and to further improve data exchange. Should you require further information on this, please do not hesitate to contact our Support or directly from the manufacturer: [email protected].
